Jennifer Drake-Croft

Jennifer Drake-Croft is a social worker who has led macro-level infant and early childhood mental health efforts at a state and national level for over twelve years.  Jennifer’s personal and professional passion is helping all people understand the connection between infant and early childhood mental health and its connection to all facets of a well-functioning society. She believes that ensuring that those shaping infant and early childhood systems and policies have reflective supervision/consultation is a critical component of creating communities where all children and families can thrive and has provided group and individual reflective consultation to those working to improve systems and processes (staff from an Association of Infant Mental Health and staff from a Child Care Resource & Referral organization).  Jennifer has extensive training experience with individuals from very diverse professional backgrounds on infant and early childhood development, IECMH, systems approaches to improving IECMH, child abuse prevention, and childhood trauma.
